We have all the facilities you'll need to run a successful conference for up to 130 people at BreakFree Grand Pacific, with 2 well equipped meeting rooms. Cold water, mints, pens and paper are provided for your delegates, and light refreshments are also available.

The dedicated conference coordinator will help you organise all the details of your meeting, including AV hire, and accommodation if required.

Venues
BreakFree Grand Pacific has 2 conference rooms available, Osprey and Pelican, which can be hired separately for groups of up to 60-70 delegates, or joined together for larger conferences of up to 130 people.

Packages

Full day or half-day conference packages are available, which cover meeting room set up and hire, conference equipment and refreshments.

Catering

Catering packages from canapés to sit down menus can be arranged. Tea, coffee and light refreshments are also provided.

Accommodation
1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments are available for delegates to stay in the resort. All accommodation is self-contained, with great facilities in a relaxed beachside setting.
