Grab your ‘fascinator’, don your suit and cheer on the fillies at Morphettville race track.

Morphettville race track is located in the suburb of Morphettville which is about 5 kilometres from the Adelaide city centre. It is also referred to as "Allan Scott Park" and has two racing tracks. The South Australian Jockey Club runs around 65 race events each year.

Morphettville main carnival period is during March and April, the highlights are the Adelaide Cup, Australasian Oaks, South Australian Derby and Goodwood Handicap.

Metropolitan races are held every Saturday.

Morphettville is situated on 25 hectares of picturesque gardens. Wanting to entertain or impress? Choose from these great viewing venue options; the Adelaide Cup Room, Chairman’s Room, Diva Lounge, Leilani Room, Panasonic Pavilion and the Phar Lap room.

Public transport is easy to get you to the racecourse. Trams from Adelaide city, Hindmarsh or Glenelg will drop you at the front gates. Buses run regularly and stop on Anzac Highway and Morphett Road.

If you bring the car, there is car parking is available from the Morphett Road entrance, adjacent to the members' entrance.
