Fifth bed a disaster

The hotel is well located and the staff are lovely however we booked a stay for five adults. The fifth bed/sofa bed was so excruciatingly uncomfortable that half way through the night I gave up and slept on the floor. I’ve since had to go to remedial massage to deal with back pain. Very disappointed. If you wish to sell someone five adult beds please ensure they receive 5 beds. This is false advertising. Please before you sell this fifth bed again I would love to see you sleep in it for the night and let me know what you think.

The room was very tired with a broken microwave, broken toilet roll holder so paper was hung from broken metal piece, and although I paid extra for housekeeping, all they wanted to do was collect rubbish.

The apartment was comfortable, quiet and easy to get to, staff were very helpful & professional. The public transport and food were very easy to get to - right next to the hotel.
