Available with one queen bed. Features kitchenette facilities (including microwave, hot plate and small refrigerator) and a spa on the balcony with garden views.

One Bedroom Water

Available with one queen bed. Features kitchenette facilities (including microwave, hot plate and small refrigerator) and a spa on balcony with water views of Pumicestone Passage.

One Bedroom Penthouse

Available with one queen bed. Features kitchenette facilities (including microwave, hot plate and small refrigerator) and private rooftop or courtyard barbeque with four seater jacuzzi.

Two Bedroom Garden

Available with one queen + two single beds. Features full kitchen facilities and a spa in ensuite or main bathroom.  This room type has garden views.

Two Bedroom Water

Available with one queen + two single beds. Features full kitchen facilities and a spa in ensuite or main bathroom.  This room type has water views of Pumicestone Passage.

Two Bedroom Penthouse

Available with one queen + two single beds. Features full kitchen facilities and private rooftop or courtyard barbeque with four seater jacuzzi.

Three Bedroom Garden

Available with one queen + four single beds or two queen + two single beds. Features full kitchen facilities, spa in ensuite or main bathroom and garden views.

Three Bedroom Water

Available with one queen + four single beds or two queen + two single beds. Features full kitchen facilities, spa in ensuite or main bathroom and water views of Pumicestone Passage.
